Returns and Exchanges​

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving any product. Please send us an email letting us know. When the product arrives back at our studio a full refund will be issued. Return shipment are the responsibility of the customer this includes any insurance and tracking. 

Send us a note and we will send the correct product and make arrangements to return the incorrect item.

All shipments are insured, send us a note and a replacement will be sent.

Typically we cannot redirect once it has been shipped. It may be returned to us and then resent to the new address.

All orders are can be cancelled up to the time they are shipped.
